Try our famous "Frisky Whiskey Buffalo Burger"!
It's a half-pound 99% lean Bison burger Buffalo Trace Bourbon glazed and char grilled to your liking . Topped with Applewood smoked Bacon, Colby Jack cheese, bourbon grilled onions, pickles and a roasted Jalapeno Aioli all on a grilled Soft Pretzel bun. Served with crispy golden fries and a pickle spear.
Our bison is locally raised on small farms in SE Michigan, free range, all natural, with no added hormones, antibiotics, steroids or feed additives. Bison is lower in fat and cholesterol, and higher in protein and iron than beef, poultry, and fish.
